A study released by Motu Economic and Public Policy Research Trust is the first research anywhere in the world to specifically evaluate the value buyers place on the sunshine hours received by different property. This puts some numbers on what we have been saying to clients for years – not so much the cost of the loss of sun but the value on gaining and preserving sunlight access when you buy and develop.
