Energy Conservation and Efficieny: Part One The efficent Way forward for Te Whaea is a study into the use of natural and fossil fuel energy within the site and buldings formerly known as the Wellington Showgrounds. It was completed on behalf of the head lessee, Premises Management Trust (PMT).

The purpose of the study was to guide ways of improving energy management over the site on behalf of its tenants and for future development of the site.
