Te Whare-iti
Te Whare-iti modular houses are built and manufactured by our family company, Wright Industrial Ltd. We have combined decades of knowledge and problem solving to develop a modular solution to the housing issues in Aotearoa New Zealand. We work closely with our clients to reconcile their budget and site to produce innovative solutions for difficult sites.
Sustainable design is at the heart of everything we do at Te Whare-iti. We believe that building homes should not come at the expense of the environment. That's why we are committed to using sustainable practices and materials in every aspect of our business. From the materials we use to the way we build our homes, we are constantly striving to reduce our environmental impact.
All the modules have a common modular dimension, allowing multiple combinations to the customer's preferred design. The standard 4.5m width for each module means they can be transported easily. The various modules are of different lengths, depending on the type of module.
